What’s this newsletter about?

Street food in India is more than just a commodity. Even a tiny crumb of nankhatai carries with it a familiar aroma that transports its patron back twenty years in time - when the sky felt bluer, the roads felt larger, and going out to the corner shop for pani puri in the evenings with your mother after playing cricket with your colony friends was the only thing you would be worried about. This newsletter is an attempt to document the spots that shaped your childhood memories, with individual pieces detailing some of the most scrumptious street food spots that make up India.
